Brunel ABACUS

88 Distribution Ltd

Dream Account

Brunel ABACUS is a Society I've established at Brunel University in December 2006, it stands for "Association of British and Chinese University Students". In this society we seek to further the integration and promotion of the affairs of the Chinese Community in Britain. I've been contacting the 6 other University's in London that has an ABACUS Society, these include: UCL, Imperial College, LSE, Queen-Mary, KCL, SOAS Universitys. 88 Distribution Ltd was created using Flash, my client wanted a website which contains all their information about their company and to be able to be contacted with e-mail enquiry forms. The Dream Account website can create an account, where they can then save for specific experiences or products (holidays etc) They can then promote this account to their friends and family. Donators will be able to see what the individual is saving for, fund amount and then make a donation towards this.

Place

Anti-Social Behaviour

Brunel Institution for Ageing Students

I had to create a I had to explore, a place that I go to in real or imaginary, and it is from this place we had a find something to communicate about using a design method that we have learnt in the workshops. The Anti-Social Behaviour website was made for one of my assignments "Make a Difference", we had to pick a topic that is publicity influential and create an artefact to help promote this campaign. So i made a website which is a Anti-Social Behaviour information and support website. I designed this website in one of my lab work, this was to create a website for one of the new departments being formed at Brunel University.
Me Myself and Brunel

Save The Planet

This website is made for one of my first assignments in University, "Me Myself and Brunel". I had to demostrate the effective use of HTML and CSS, and publish web pages using FTP. I designed the website layout in Photoshop and started using Brushes and different effects to create the focus point "Feather" as to how it can stand out with my favourite colours "Blue". At the end of the website design I had to validate the whole website using the W3C website, all the web pages had to be valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional and display the logo on the webpage design. The Global Recycling Project website is one of Multimedia Studio's last assignments, in this assignment I used column boxes to create the website layout and create the theme under "Save My Planet". This could have linked to anything that could save the planet, which includes recycling, global warming, pollution or anything related to it. This website had to have the following requirements such as, has to have a search tool, a gif animation, flash animation, links to other websites, and a news page at the start of the website. All webpages had to be valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional and display onto the website.
